We are producing various floating platforms for our MariFeeders ranging from small 30 kg platforms to 1000 kg platforms for the most demanding users. Platforms are produced in two variants – with stainless steel frame and completely made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene).
1 x 30 kg platform
The smallest platform in a range is primarily designed for on-demand feeders, but can also be used in combination with our automated feeding solution – MariFeeder.
Platform is completely made from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) to ensure long life in harsh sea conditions with zero maintenance requirements. Silo volume is 45 liters which is equivalent to 30 kg palleted fish feed.
On the top of the silo there is waterproof screw type lid with diameter of 350mm for easy filling of silo with feed. Output diameter of hopper (silo) is 110 mm and it is compatible with most of on-demand pendulum feeding systems as well as with MariFeeder.
2 x 60 kg platform
This platform has two hoppers (siloes) with volume of 100 liters each which is equivalent to 2 x 60 kg of palleted fish feed. It can be used in a combination with a on-demand pendulum feeders or with a MariFeeder. Possibility to have two separate hoppers and MariFeeders on one floating platform gives more flexibility to user regarding the feeding options.
Hoppers and floating parts are made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and frame is made of marine grade stainless steel (DIN 316). Platform can be easily disassembled into compact parts which simplifies storage and brings down transportation costs.
Each silo has screw-on lid.
1 x 120 kg platform
This platform has one hopper (silo) with volume of 180 liters which is equivalent to 120 kg of palleted fish feed. It is designed to be used in a combination with MariFeeder automatic feeder. Design of this platform enables increased stability against the waves and very easy filling with feed.
Platform is completely made from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) to ensure long life in harsh sea conditions with zero maintenance requirements.
On the top of the silo there is waterproof screw type lid with diameter of 350mm moved towards the edge of the hopper for easy filling of silo with feed. Output diameter of hopper (silo) is 110 mm and it is compatible with MariFeeder.
2 x 150 kg platform
This platform has two hoppers (siloes) with volume of 200 liters each which is equivalent to 2 x 150 kg of palleted fish feed. It is designed to be used in a combination with MariFeeder automatic feeder. Patented design of this platform enables unparalleled stability against the waves thanks to the ballast part that is under the sea level and very easy filling with feed thanks to protruding filling container. Filling of the platform can easily be done by hand from the 25 kg bags or with crane from a big bag even during a restless sea conditions.

1 x 500 kg and 1 x 1000 kg platforms
For the users that require big amounts of feed per feeder, we have developed 500 kg and 1000 kg variants. This type of floating platform is designed for bigger cages and for later stages of fish growth, where fish eats larger quantities of feed, effectively substituting very expensive large barge feeding systems.
It can also be effectively used even on smaller cages and for smaller fish and in that case this large platforms enable user to have less frequent filling with feed which significantly decreases requirements for work force.
This platforms have one large silo with volume of 700 or 1400 liters which is equivalent to 500 and 1000 kg of palleted fish feed respectively. They are designed to be used in a combination with MariFeeder automatic feeder. Patented design of this platform enables unparalleled stability against the waves thanks to the ballast part that is under the sea level and very easy filling with feed thanks to protruding filling container.
