Payment options
Kamber Tech products can be purchased online from the Kamber Tech web page. The order must be paid for in full before the product can be shipped. We accept payments via Paypal and wire transfers. We always recommend payment via PayPal because sending money via a wire transfer increases the overall cost due to fees (sometimes more than $25 of extra costs). If you choose to pay with a PayPal eCheck, your shipment will be delayed by about a week while we wait for the funds to clear. Standard PayPal payments will be processed immediately. If you prefer payment via wire transfer please send us an e-mail at info@kamber-tech.com and you will be sent our transfer details.
Product prices
The main currency we list our products in is EUR. For EU customers, they include 25% Croatian VAT. Companies or individuals from EU countries that can provide a valid VAT-ID will not be charged VAT (please contact us on info@kamber-tech.com before placing an order and you will get a separate link for payment). Kamber Tech products are shipped to all EU countries without paying any duty and without any customs control.
If you are domestic (Croatian customer), please ask for a quote in the domestic currency via info@kamber-tech.com.
Customers outside EU countries will not be charged VAT.
Kamber Tech does not take any responsibility for import taxes, customs charges or administration fees charged on orders made outside of the European Union zone. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all charges related to Customs and the import of goods. Please familiarize yourself with the custom and tax laws in your country.
Please do not ask us to declare lower value on the invoice or to label it as a gift, because we are doing regular exports and all shipping documentation needs to be filled correctly.
Return policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your new Kamber Tech product, you may return it within 14 days after receiving it for a full refund (the customer needs to provide proof of delivery). You can choose any shipping service you like to return the product. We recommend using a postal service which tracks shipments and provides delivery confirmation. The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Please take a good care of your new Kamber Tech product if you have not yet decided to keep it. The product has to be returned in its original condition as well as in its original packaging, including the invoice, manual and other accessories. Please be sure to package the product carefully.
Before returning the product, you have to notify us at info@kamber-tech.com you will then receive detailed instructions on how to label the package.
Return fee equals to the standard shipping cost from the manufacturer to the buyers address increased by 20 EUR.
You will be reimbursed to your PayPal account after we have checked the product. If it is damaged, dysfunctional or incomplete, a maximum of 75% of the purchase price will be returned. If the product is in the condition it was received in, your full purchase price, including initial shipping cost will be refunded.
International shipping
During the promotional period, Kamber Tech offers free shipping for our products.

We usually communicate via email and strive to send a reply as quickly as possible. If your reply hasn’t arrived within 72 hours, please send us another email, we are always happy to assist!
